I can’t wait to check out some summer blockbusters at the drive-in next summer! How about you? Prices are presently set at $8 for adults and $6 for children 11 ages 4-10. Other amenities include a central open-air pavilion with seating, a kids play area and a beer garden. There will also be a 10,000 square-foot fast casual restaurant which will be open every night two hours before showtimes begin just after sundown.

The drive-in will feature six different movie screens, each showing different double features. Last Monday night the Lewisville City Council approved an amended special use permit for the theater, meaning that construction can now begin in October with an expected completion of June 2016! After a very wet Spring and Summer, delaying construction, I’m so happy to hear that the project is back on track! Don’t worry, everyone… I’ve gotten a couple questions recently about whether the Coyote Drive-In Theater of Lewisville is still actually happening.
